Entry level CQIA Innovation Prize

The CQIA Innovation Prize recognizes accomplishments during the first stages of the quality journey for all organizations located in Connecticut. It is meant to stimulate interest in organizations to implement quality while fostering recognition of innovative improvements.

All applications read and ranked by 12-15 CQIA examiners.

No written examiner feedback.

Cost: $150 for each application

Deadline for application submission: Applications must be postmarked no later than Monday, April 23, 2012. For clarification, draft submissions must be e-mailed to cqia@aol.com no later than Monday, April 16, 2012.

No limit to the number of applications in any one year or over lifetime of organization

Recognition: platinum, gold and silver CQIA Innovation Prize plaques presented at the 25th Annual Conference on Quality and Innovation.
